Preim has changed the lives of Forge Wood, Crawley residents into a nightmare, allowing a small sports centre located in a residential area with 20 car park spaces to organize big events. On Saturdays and Sundays, a football club with over 40 cars attending occupies the location for the whole morning and early afternoon, blocking resident car parks and, on many occasions, not allowing residents to leave. I have complained about this issue since January 24, but nothing has been done; the problem has worsened. The lack of competence at Preim is shocking. Their only responses in communication are that "they will meet" and "they will talk." If you have any choice, stay away from them. They will take your money and give nothing in return.

Stop claiming any action has been taken when you have not taken any such action. I have filed complaints since January 2024, and no signage is still installed. As proof, I am attaching photos taken on 11/10/2024. The assertion that appropriate signage has been installed on the properties completely undermines Preim's credibility.

I have had to contact Preim a few times since moving into a property managed by them.
I can only say that the person I have had contact with called Fenne has been helpful, friendly and always responded quickly.
She may not have been able to resolve every issue immediately but always explained what was happening and gave an expected time frame.
I am not on the general mailing list yet so she has taken the trouble to email me with any news.
I hope this continues as it is reassuring to know I am listened to.
So far so good. 4 stars instead of 5 due to lengthy waiting time for 1 issue which was out of her control.
Fenne definitely a 5 star.

I'll never deal with this company ever again, they're bullies and all round nasty individuals to deal with
ETA, thank you Preim for including partial private conversations on a review platform, as you see fit (pretty sure that its breaching data protection) I will now share my side.
The items they are referring to as a fire hazard outside my front door is a ceramic flowerpot. They brought in a trip hazard as well as they had no leg to stand on after I disputed their claim. The path is 1.5 metres wide. The flowerpot is 18cm. There is plenty of room for access and egress. Even for medical personnel and emergency services. I stand by what I said of, they are nasty bullies. They refused to correspond in a timely manner, refused to deal with my complaint, and sent out threatening letters with dates to comply by without dealing with the disputes. Never met anyone quite as incompetent as the people working at preim. They never dealt with the car issue on the estate, never dealt with the litter issue on the estate, they paid tens of thousands for repainting to be done last year and it's already flaking off because they employed a bad company. Don't get me started on the estate management company who turn up all the grass into mud with their lawn mowers, never sort out the edges of roads or paths, and if the weed isn't on the grass, they don't deal with it. So our shed and bin store is overgrown with weeds. Absolute FARCE of a company. Do better, honestly.

Unfortunately, I have spoken to Priem several times regarding an issue I have on my property in Kilnwood Vale, West Sussex. The issue is that they have failed to address the fact that a ditch is so overgrown that brambles are now invading my property and obstructing the rear access to my house, which is mid-terrace. This is both a health and safety problem and an issue if I need to have an ambulance crew or fire crew access the only fire exit I have from my house in case of emergency. I have given Priem every opportunity to address this issue, and, considering that I pay ground maintenance, the same as everyone else, I would have expected something to be done. Perhaps they are content to wait until someone in my house is physically harmed because a fire crew can't access my house? I can't get in my sheds and my fence will be affected if this goes on. I have tried to deal with the on my side of the fence but it's now out of hands! They are an appalling company and take ground maintenance and give nothing in return in the way of service. Shame on you, Preim!!

For people trying to buy and sell homes it’s a very trying time, solicitors require the management packs /deed of variation from you. But you are holding up this process sometimes by 6 months by not issuing them promptly . Can you take this feedback on board and start process them for badersfeild asap please for sellers and buyers sake and your companys reputation/better customer service for existing and new clients .

This is a ZERO star review. Preim is a joke to simply put it. They don’t deal with anything and if it takes them ages! Been dealing with them since spring 2024 regarding an issue which was supposed to be dealt with within couple of weeks. They take your money on monthly basis however zero service is provided. Stay away from them! It’s a simply scam management company. Reviews at 2stars speak volume!

Sadly I have no choice but to engage with them for maintenance services (never actually seen any being down though). They cancel my direct debit and tell me they’re reinstating it with a new account and I Dont need to do anything, then I get letters saying I’ve not paid my direct debit and demand the full amount. Then ignore countless emails trying to fix. The lack of of organisation is embarrassing!
Edit: their customer service team only respond to google reviews and ignore emails constantly. The company is a joke. they lie about everything. finally reinstate my direct debit but now charging me more over a shorter period (because of their mistake), ignore formal complaints as well. Seriously if I knew I'd have to tolerate these people I never would have moved here!
