Just stayed the one night in this hotel which is situated on the (very) outskirts of Glastonbury and 10 minutes walk or so from Clarks village. Whilst a slightly older Premier inn everything was well maintained and clean. I had a room facing out the back over the car park and had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast and dinner is served in the adjacent pub and there is a Costa 2 minute drive away if you need a caffeine fix or a smaller breakfast.|All the staff were friendly and booked in advance and secured a fair price.

The staff here are friendly and no complaints about them.
However the windows dont open in the rooms and lack of fresh air makes them musty, they are stuffy and far to hot as you cant open the window or turn air con down, although air con just makes it worse.

We had to put up with the constant banging all night of the broken electric door in the reception, other holiday goes where all saying the same about the lack of opening windows etc.

I can only imagine Glastonbury premier rooms are what prison cells are like, the most uncomfortable 4 days stay, was glad to get out the room.

So unfortunately from me and my experience its a 1 star as i have to leave a star

Usual Premier Inn offer and all OK apart from the Free WiFi was VERY SLOW - only 0.6Mb speed in my room. Staff gave me upgrade to Ultra Fast WiFi as I had to get some online items dealt with during the evening. So all ended OK but this is not the first time I have had issues with the Quality/Speed of Premier Inn "Free WiFi".

Room adequate car park could be better breakfast in the brewers fayre next door leaves a lot to be desired fed better to my dog! Reception staff 99% were missing in action had to wait ages for anyone to turn up

Checked in late around 11 pm on Dec 8 when Matt and Mia of reception kindly helped to find the spacious room which was near the lift with so much effort and patience! I appreciate their team effort and expertise as I have stayed here for several weeks but this is the most wonderful experience!I highly recommend to anyone who are interested to visit this lovely place in this small town!

Clean, efficient ensuite rooms, all you need for a mid priced hotel stay. Friendly and helpful staff on call 24 hours. Free car parking, and close to main A road for travelling or getting around to see the local sites. Hotel offered a "meal deal" for breakfasts and evening meals and a drink thus was in the adjoining Brewers Fare restaurant, and we had no complaints about the food, the service, or the venue.

Love Premier Inn and their hypnos beds. Stayed in a Premier plus room and it was great. The only thing that Premier Inn needs to change are their old televisions to new smart televisions so we can cast our shows from the movie and tv series apps.Great brekkie like always.

Great experience every time! Comfortable beds for the entire family, clean towels, deep bath, shower, tv... what more could you need!
