Perfectly located for Gatwick North Terminal. Great for an overnight stay before a flight. Comfortable rooms, food pretty good and all the staff we meet were friendly and helpful.
Be aware parking here is operated by a 3rd party company fee is £25 per 24 hours ( Jan 2025 ).

This is a good location if you need a place to crash at Gatwick airport before a morning flight. However, be aware that this is not the Premier Inn that is right beside the North Terminal but is a less-than-ten-minute walk away. That's perfectly doable even wheeling a suitcase although I did get a bit wet trying to catch my flight as the walkway is not covered and the shuttle was nearly half an hour away. ||||The whole place had a rather rustic air to it, the self-check-in machine didn't like me (apparently because I didn't have a UK billing address), and only one of the two tiny lifts was operating. However, it still a good option at a not-inaccessible price.

Great location for the airport, we've stayed here a few times now and the 10-15 minute walk is easy, we've even done the walk at 1am and 6am in the dark and it doesn't feel unsafe as there are normally a few airport workers doing the same walk 👍

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped for a 3* hotel.

The staff have been lovely, friendly and welcoming each time we have visited, with a special mention to Jess on reception who not only provided "service with a smile" but was the first hotel receptionist to ask us if we had a floor preference - which was much appreciated. Last year we were fortunate to do quite a lot of travelling and stayed in many hotels (over 50) in the UK, Europe and USA and until our last trip to this hotel had never been asked which floor we'd prefer - so thank you Jess, it was a refreshing change 😊

We will definitely stay here again for the location and friendly staff.

As previous reviewer mentions, check the location. It is only a ten minutes walk from the north terminal, but at night it's a little dark on the roadways. That said. Check in was easy, just scanned the barcode, get the confirmation and you are in. Rooms are as they should be, clean, comfortable, tea/coffee, hair dryer.
Had the exceptional breakfast and was ably assisted by Leanne, who also was kind enough to help me with printing my boarding card.
Happy to recommend to others as a very pleasant place to stay, and one i shall stay in again.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed for one night before flying away for our honeymoon, and at dinner, our server Rita gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, a box of truffles and a sticky toffee pudding! What a lovely way to make us feel special.|The bedroom was warm, comfy and had everything we needed. The shower was warm, the bathroom clean and we even had extra pillows and towels in the wardrobe. Thank you for everything!

When we arrived we were greeted by Annette, she was super friendly and helpful, lovely to be greeted by such a lovely welcoming face as we had a stressful journey. Annette was there again in the morning for breakfast and couldn’t do enough to help. Mel was also helping at breakfast and again another wonderful lady, super friendly asked if I needed anything while I was looking at the food and I ended up having a chat with her like an old friend, both of these members of staff are a credit to you, and they made our short stay enjoyable.Breakfast was lovely, fresh lots of choice, loved the banana pancakes! Our room was fine, what we expected, just has a drain smell when we entered, but it didn’t bother us too much, other than that we were very happy with our stay.

The hotel is located next to Terminal North but is very convenient regardless of which Gatwick terminal you are landing or departing from. It is walking distance from the airport which makes it very quiet if you have your room window open. Check-in is after 15:00. We went at 8:30am because that's when we landed. We asked to leave our luggage and there wasn't problem with that. It was free. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is also very big and clean. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean. There was a kettle for hot water, tea and coffee in the room. Check-out is until 12:00, which is also super convenient. The staff is very kind.
We would stay there again.
