Cameron was very helpful and nice over the chat. I am also happy because I didn't wait long for the transfer from boot to operator. I have been transferring my insurance from one car to another and it took 10 minutes all together including boot service, waiting time and chat with Cameron.

I had to renew my car insurance. I couldn’t complete it on line for some reason, so I called the company. I spoke to Sophie who was welcoming and approachable. She made sure I had completed everything I needed.
Such a lovely manner and professional.
We are too quick sometimes to criticise call handling staff but credit where credit is due.

Excellent stuff so far! Set my car insurance up with Prima as they were the best value and I was tired of ‘bigger brands’ and their extremely high premiums. Very easy to do, and have since been able to make an amendment to my policy without any issue. Cameron (via the online chat service) was able to complete this in under 5 minutes and the amended documentation was with me before our chat had finished.

Excellent customer service had to use their chat bot initially. Then connected me to Ellie, who was extremely friendly and efficient. I needed to add business mileage to my policy, which she kindly quoted for. This was very reasonable so proceeded with adding this to the policy. This was completed in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this insurance company.

She always replied, was helpful and assisted me to get my 20 years no claims bonus reinstated.
