Your statement below is complete non sense I have every right to do my DD. You have been using pressure techniques to get the deal done which is totally unjust. You did not declare to me the property had pointing issues which the agent told me right away. You completely lied to me and I’m glad I did my diligence and am happy to share with trust pilot my experience and the kind of company you and your colleagues run. You don’t know what the word honesty means and have no clue on customer services. I will continue to express my opinions and ensure this doesn’t happen to other people. I have scrolled down to your other trust pilot reviews and there is s continuous theme of honesty and being ripped off. Its not just me sharing my experience its other people too.

Hi, please do not even entertain talking house they are complete liars and just want to sell you a property without disclosing true facts about it. I was recently interested in a property and was doing my diligence and I spoke to the agent (who was initially selling this on the open market) since March 2024 and were unable to secure a buyer. When I spoke to the agent they confirmed the property had pointing issues with the roof and was shown on the survey reports of previous buyers and this is the reason why it’s not selling. At no time during my conversations was this mentioned, pure pressure selling techniques and when they found out that I approached the agents they have blocked my number.. I only approached the agent to find out and do my DD and I’m so glad I did as this opened my eyes further. Please do not buy from talking houses they do not know what they are selling and sell things that agents can’t get rid of. You’re better searching yourself and asking the right questions. I would like to share my experience with talking houses in detail..

I don't know about others but I for certain was offered a very poor deal. With very poor sense of know how and over exaggerated figures.

I went with a rent to rent deal.with Michael and when looking at the investment on paper it seemed fine but it was far from that.

The projected rentals were way above what we actually achieved.

The serviced accommodation company itself is the only company that actually makes money from these deals as all your profit goes towards regular cleans.

I would not recommend this company at all as their figures are way above average..

I would recommend you Do your research before u go with talking houses.

I lost almost 15k with this company due to false advertising so be careful.

Very bad experience, lack of information costed me a lot and it is taking lot of effort to move the tenant out. In a way I have been cheated by this company with false information. Never trust them again
