Moved into current property in October 2020, had various issues aswell as no heating in bedroom and living room, we were told repeatedly that we didn't know how to use the storage heaters correctly.

Eventually heater in living room was fixed and heater in bedroom was replaced in January 2021 - 4 months after initial report.

The heater in the bedroom melted the blind directly above it, this was (and is) a fire hazard, when this was raised with Prime we were advised by Sarah Holdsworth (the manager) that we could vacate if we were still not happy with their efforts - or remain in a property that may burn down. We have never used this heater since and sought our own oil heater instead.

We have had 5 leaks in 3 years, the most recent ongoing since 10th August.

There is active water leaking into 2 electrical switches in the hallway, a large black mould patch in our storage cupboard and a second leak in our bedroom ceiling (where our 2 year old also sleeps).

We were informed this morning by Angela that the leak relates to the property above us and is soiled water from their toilet coming into our flat for the last 7 weeks.

We have mould spores and unhygienic filthy water leaking into our bedroom. Other than this mornings email we have not received any apology for the continued disruption or courtesy update from Prime.

They have been (and are) incredibly flippant, rude, impatient and unprofessional towards us. It does, at times, feel that they have a personal issue with us and for whatever reason think that it is acceptable to behave in such a vile manner.

I have used many agents over the years but have never been completely satisfied with the service I have received. This changed three years ago when I moved over to Prime Property to manage my properties.
These guys have obviously been in the management business a long time and know there stuff. Always at the end of the phone with advice and help when needed. They give a very professional service and when I needed some repairs on one of my properties they were there with the right tradesmen, keeping me and my tenant informed from start to finish at a cost cheaper than I could get the work done. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond what was expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Thanks Prime Property. A great job from honest and professional people.

I was recently in a situation where I lost my job and ended up in rent arrears.

Property manager does not relay messages to landlady.

Tries to use bullying and intimidation tactics. Does not listen when getting explained to.

Speaks to you with disrespect and tried to say that I am repeatedly missing payments when they were in fact mistaking me with someone else.

I am speaking from a different perspective but I have dealt with many agents over the years as a contractor and since working with prime have found that the office is run with superb efficiency. Having entered numerous occupied properties to carry out work I have had the chance to speak to many tenants and I am yet to hear a negative response. I can whole heartedly recommend this service for landlords and tenants.

Excellent! Used Prime to manage a property for several years without any complaints. On the contrary they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. When we had one tenant who 'went away' owing us rent money they pursued him and his guarantor diligently with a mountain of phone calls, emails and legal actions. They were also very proactive when managing the property and instructed a number of extremely capable firms on our behalf to carry out maintenance, repairs and house clearance.

Can’t fault the service from Prime Property Management. In particular Angela was really helpful and went out of her way to ensure that my daughter got the agreement and keys to her property in record time after her baby made a surprise early arrival. They have also been helpful and updated since, assisting with a couple of maintenance issues too. Five star rating from me and very well deserved.

The woman that showed us around the house that we looking to rent was totally disinterested, for someone who is meant to show some kind of enthusiasm, she scored a low 1!!! After being told that the monthly rent was not negotiable, surprise, surprise, a few days later the revised add for the same house had been reduced down £100. It's no wonder why estate agents have a bad reputation.. I would rather recommend a used car salesman than recommend Prime Estates. One person has ruined my opinion of this company.
I've given 1 star because she turned up on time.
