These guys. I don’t quite know how to convey just what a fantastically brilliant, approachable, friendly, professional, empathic and helpful company this is. As a renter, I know only too well just how difficult it can be to get a viewing, let alone a property in this current climate. I tried several agencies, who, whilst understanding, did not seem to want to help me and my family find somewhere to live. My partner and I are working professionals and we struggled! I can honestly say that I have never experienced such excellence in a service from start to finish. From my initial enquiry to moving in to the property, they were with us every step of the way, responding immediately to every email, being extremely friendly and amenable and dealing with the whole process efficiently and with care. The main thing I felt with Primrose is how non-corporate they appeared - they really do add a personal touch to their service and you feel like you’re being treated as individuals as opposed to a statistic on a computer screen. They literally made my dream come true of living in my home town in a beautiful house at an affordable price. I cannot be more grateful to them all. I would like to give particular praise and thanks to Harry, Katie and Lynda, who all seem to sing from the same hymn sheet with regards to how they treat their clients. I think there is another staff member called Mel, but unfortunately we didn’t get to deal with her! I would not hesitate to recommend Primrose Properties for anyone that is looking to live in the Torbay or Totnes areas. You won’t be disappointed with their first class, 5 star service.

Can't speak more highly of Primrose Properties. We have had a rental property for many years, but no longer live locally. We decided to look for a company to manage on our behalf so that the tenants had an available point of contact and that we had piece of

I would just like to say how amazing these people are Katie showed us around a property which we fell in love with she was amazing with our two little girls that have followed us on our fruitless journey trying to find a property that so many others have too. But when we viewed this house she explained that we are not like so many other agents that show family’s around properties that go into a lottery with landlords knowing they will probably never get it she took it straight of the market when we showed that we loved it and wanted to try and secure the property such a relief after searching for over 6 months trying to find somewhere I can’t thank them enough and they will never properly understand what a deference they have made to our lives amazing people running a amazing business Thank you so much Regards Dan & Emma

Primrose having been renting out our bungalow in Brixham since 2011. We are based in the Midlands, so we are unable to easily sort out the normal small problems ourselves. Primrose provides a full service, notifying us of any issues and suggesting, obtaining quotes, and engaging local tradesmen etc. Our tenant is a woman living on her own, so its very important she has confidence in the local agency, as first port of call for required works etc.
Primrose provide all of this, and regular inspections with photos, which is especially helpful to us operating at a distance. Monthly accounts, billing and paperwork flow near seamlessly.
They are always friendly and helpful, exactly what we need of them!

Primrose Properties have been absolutely amazing and helped me throughout the whole rental process right up until the day I moved my little family into my dream home!
