Over the 6-7 weeks that the repair work took I lost count of the number of issues I had with prism. There were a few things that needed coordinating but their scheduling is non-existent, eventually I found myself managing the work. They would rearrange appointments and not tell their staff so they'd come to do work that had already been done. You have to fight for every little thing and then their own incompetence costs the insurance company thousands in alternative accommodation costs. What could have taken 2 weeks dragged on for 6. That's probably three grand spend on accommodation. Their claims managers seem completely devoid of common sense and seem really poorly trained.

The contractor they appointed was an absolute joke who I also had to micro manage. You'd agree something one day and then when the tradesmen turn up on site they've been told something else and you'd have to call the office. The owner would lose his temper immediately and threaten to pull his guys off site because I was asking to do what he'd agreed two days before. Can laugh in hindsight but it's exasperating.

The tradesmen they employed were mostly a good bunch who did a reasonable job and in the end I was just glad it was over. I'd seriously consider getting a proper loss adjustor to handle any claims if prism get mentioned.

Lee Roach was incredibly helpful and supportive. He did conveyed complex information in a simple manner and helped me understand the nature of the issue and the step to take to address it. He went extra mile conaistently following up with me even when the job was given to someone else due to technical reasons. His professionalism and kindness are hard to be found. Very positive experience with Prism.

Prism Network Ltd dealt with my insurance claim for storm damage to my garden wall, due to contractor issues Salihah Burgess was in constant contact with me with updates to re assure me that she was in contact with the contractors to have this resolved. This was resolved and although it took a while all has been completed. The contact from Prism and Salihah Burgess was totally professional, a few bits to clean up and Finnish !!! after contractors !! however all completed. First Class service from Prism Network Great commination. Contractor could have been a been a little more tidy when complete ( JD Pecula) however very professional with what they completed.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication was regular professional and helpful. The contractors that came to my house were of the highest quality. Highly skilled professional and really friendly. Turned a horrible situation into an outstanding outcome. Can't thank you enough.

Prism dealt with my insurance claim for damage caused by a burst thermostat in the bathroom. They were very thorough and were able to push through the claim fairly quickly as I had arranged contractors to come in and repair the works. The lady dealing with my claim was very reliable, proffessional and communicated well. She was also very helpful further down the line when I needed documentation to provide to the Local Council to highlight the house was uninhabitable.
