I recently made a purchased from overseas with the help of Property-Fit. Very happy with the service from start-to-finish. This was my first time hiring sourcing agents and can honestly say they made a potentially stressful process surprisingly hassle-free.

A special mention goes to Ellie, who was indispensable in bringing the purchase to completion. Her consistent updates and proactive approach kept everything moving forward. Without her I doubt the process would have been as straightforward.

Caroline was also great as her negotiations with the sellers agents proved instrumental in securing the property.

Engaging Property-Fit proved to be a great decision and a huge time-saver without which I don't think I would have been able to manage the purchase on my own.

We recently bought a BTL property in Manchester through Property Fit. Being our first experience with mortgage financing ,there were many challenges along the whole process. The team at Property Fit was very patient and professional in helping us, overseas investors , the whole way to completion.

Special thanks to Caroline who introduced us the property and made us a personalised video of the property upon completion . It was a very sweet gesture.

One word - excellent. We were absolutely new in property investment and PF literally held our hands (my husband and I) through the investment journey. My first call with Fraser where he explained the basics, to then narrowing down potential areas with the team. Thereafter Jane, Kirsty, Katy and Jen supporting through the buying, letting and maintenance process. Our biggest support and a star through this journey was Ellie. She’s diligent, hardworking and goes above and beyond to make sure everything that we require or need support with, is addressed.
