When we first moved in they told us the incorrect company to contact in order to organise our utilities - we were left without hot water for a week and completely washed their hands of all responsibility despite giving us incorrect info. When we moved in the house hadn’t been cleaned to the ‘professional standard’. We were charged £300 for a ‘professional clean’ when we left despite this being against the law, fought through DPS but lost. Highly doubt they even got the property cleaned after the state it was in when we first moved. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible properties. Would not recommend

Had a house for 4 years with them, ignored all repair requests (including a damp issue causing mold and mushrooms to grow) and now radio silence on a £500 deposit. Micky mouse operation. Save yourself a headache and let with someone else.

*Update*

If you are with this terrible company get proof of your house condition when you leave and any reports of repairs as they are now trying to claim double my deposit back to replace a stair carpet and painting over the mold lol absolute joke.

Terrible to rent house off them they won’t do any fixes at all roof in house is falling apart windows all blowing and mouldy, have to have heating on all day everyday just to keep me kids warm, me 3 year olds bedroom window blows open with the wind and we have reported all of this but when the let agencie contacts landlord he blocks all work from being done

Do not let with with these agents. Won't fix anything. Hole in the kitchen floor and in the entrance. Very dangerous. We've nearly gone through the floor god knows how many times.

This company have left my elderly parent's without heating on Christmas day and no way of contacting them even a emergency number not available now on boxing day there is an automated message that gives you a mobile number that I have been ringing since 8 45 this morning left messages sent emails but still no response it's now nearly 10 30 and my parent's are still without heating this company is a disgrace
