Worst experience with them. My partner has been trying to view properties with them for many weeks now, keeps being told they aren't available yet or a schedule hasn't been made, even though it's advertised all over Facebook and their website that it's available for booking. Absolutely 0 communication skills and seems like they don't know what they are doing

Property Panda Property Pandamonium!!! Drove 2.5 hours for two viewings. one cancelled an hour before, second one cancelled as we waited outside 5 minutes before we were due to go in. No concept of how far people have travelled. Left hand doesnt know what Right hand is doing. Simply hopeless!!

My friend payed a holding fee only to find they had taken two that same day and didn’t know who had paid first. I seem unlikely she will get that money back either. Very unprofessional as it was the maintenance man showing her around.

I'm a landlord and had been looking for an agent to look after one of our properties. I spoke with them three times asking for contract details - without success. I even sent an email when still nothing came through, thinking that if they had a typo in my email address, then they could just hit "reply".

I just couldn't help thinking that if they don't handle prospective landlords well, then they were unlikely to give their full attention to tenants.

I gave up after a few weeks. I use Belvoir for most of our properties now.

Properties could be kept better as quite a few in very poor condition and they don't rush to get the repairs done. But very good apart from needing to get up to date with health and safety regulations and making sure tenants have a good home for the price they pay
