I uded Propview for an energy performance assessment of our commercial industrial building, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service i received. ultimate rip off merchants. paid £190 for basically an inspection, and a further £430 for remedial work.Called someone else who did everything and provided the Certs for lest than their initial cost. Absolute con artists and no one will ever know without a second opinion.

I telephoned Propview to ask would they do a conditions report and an EPC for our business which we are selling. Our building was then being leased to another company. We were on a very tight time line. Although they only do residential properties, they very kindly agreed to help me out. The young man that came out was very professional and thorough, they produced an amazing report for us along with the ECP certificate. We were absolutely delighted. From start to finish the transaction was carried out in a very professional manner, excellent value for money, excellent quality of work, and answered emails almost instantly. I would highly recommend Propview for anyone that is leasing their building or going into a lease themselves. Thank you very much 5*

I reached out to Propview to have an EICR and EPC completed for a new letting at the end of the month, they responded immediately to the request, giving an appointment well within our timeframe.

They checked existing reports and gave feedback on positive changes which would help both reports.

The inspections were carried out and reports sent in a timely fashion and we are all set for a safe, happy Tenant to move in as planned.

I will be using Propview again and would recommend them to anybody seeking similar services for their portfolio.
