Paul is a fantastic, patient and knowledgeable guide when it comes to choosing the right insurance. He isn't pushy and helped me with choosing and arranging home/contents insurance and life insurance as part of getting a first home. As someone with lots of questions, he helped to explain everything in a clear way. He was also responsive by email and flexible when it came to Zoom meetings (he kindly moved a meeting earlier to ensure our completion date could be met). Highly recommended.
