I have been dealing with Chris and Mark of Pure Invest for over seven years now. My experience with them has been outstanding.
A case in point, sale of my Middlesbrough property. They got an incredible deal credit to a profound understanding of the housing market in that part of UK. More than that, the team was fantastic throughout the process. They presented a realistic schedule of activities, patiently explained the process, answered all my questions with in-depth explanations so that I fully understand what I was doing.
One other thing that stood out for me during all these years is that the team has been consistently available and approachable - I spent almost half of the day with Chis taking me round Manchester explaining to me the emerging real estate investment opportunities.
As a foreign investor in UK properties for over 10 years, I have my fair share of unprofessional real estate agents and organizations whose main interest is to fleece investors but I will highly recommend Pure invest to anyone looking for top notch real estate services with personal touch.

Spoke to some absolute clown who, when I briefly described my job to him — which had nothing to do with investing, by the way — started asking me questions about it (including my rates) and then told me my rates were too high and started laughing. Not exactly an experience you want from a business that you could’ve potentially spent some money with.

Excellent service by Chris and his team! I had listed my property with another agent and nothing happened for three months. Then I switched to Pure Investor and my property was listed and sold within a few days, and for a higher price than my previous agent. Throughout the sale process, I was constantly updated on its progress by Chris and his team member Katie.
Chris has been exceptional, even following up with me after the sale was completed, just to check if everything was in order.
