Great local laundry. Nervous about coming as not sure price of washes but there are various machine with different prices. The large machine was 9.80. Next size down 7.80. Standard machines 5.00. There are coin slots. Take 20p and £1.00 coins Friendly staff and chairs to sit and wait. Powder can be brought for 20p for a small cup A full load would need 2 of these

Bad customer service. I know it was close to closing time but to have the lights just turned out on you without any comon curtesy to let you know is disgusting. When I've been before the lady who worked there before came round about 10 minutes to go swept up and politely said closing soon.

Came and no staff, so when two entitled women came in they opened OUR MACHINE before we could check if our load was done (wasn't, we needed another tumble cycle) without asking/ checking, we had to deal with the problem alone. Then these women immediately go to someone else's machine to do the same thing so clearly not their first time doing it. Really uncomfortable and not a pleasant experience, even being there doesn't feel your stuff is safe. Plus you need the exact coins not exact change which is just really awkward, you can't just use any combination of coins to get the amount you need

Never used before. Phoned for location, very friendly, given best place to park and how much to wash a duvet. Nice clean premises with plenty of room. Duvet machine easily took king-size. £7.60, machine takes pound coins and 20p pieces. (Single duvet machine is cheaper).
Was advised they had change if I didn't have the right money.
Nice to have someone in attendance as others locally do not.

My hubby and myself, went in with our king-size duvet. We didn't have a clue which machine to use as the bigger machine was out of order, the kind lady who works their soon got us sorted. Thank you for your kindness and help.🙂

Went Sunday morning as its quieter.. Take £1 coins and 20ps. As no change machine which I can fully understand why. Maybe look at changing coin slots on more machines to take a better range..But all in all clean and tidy and would use again.

Last few times I have been, it has been busy. Not that it took long to get to a machine, say under 10 mins.
Also they have 2 dryers that were not working but with Christmas and New year they are probably waiting on getting someone out.

Half the driers have been replaced with new machines. New and old work well, at least imo. As you can probably imagine it's a topic of conversation and dependent on who is there the new driers are good/bad and the old ones were better/worse.

With the weather changing there is more use and was a short que, but nothing silly.
