Quay Management Services is the 3rd company to manage the property that includes my flat ince I purchased it. And the first to be pro-active on refurbishment works that have been outstanding for very many years. They have kept owners in the loop throughout and taken our concerns and preferences into account at all times. Friendly and efficient.

I have dealt with many managing agents over the last 40 plus years as a property lawyer but none so bad as this bunch - they email me rather than write despite agreed means of communication is royal mail- demand sums which change with the wind over a short period of time and not even to the right person - I am now investigating the insurance demanded as they have failed to provide any evidence of premium paid.very unlucky if these are appointed as the managing agent by the feeeholder

Highly recommend Harvey and the QMS team. Harvey is someone with great integrity who absolutely goes the extra mile. He supported us through a very tricky situation at our block and got us to a point that no previous block mangers had been able to with his tenacity and common sense approach and solutions to the project. Harvey took over the management of the block my flat was in when there hadn't been any management in place for a long time. I can safely say he had quite a lot to deal with and some pretty challenging situations, but he handled it all with confidence and good humour. I have recently sold my flat in the block so I shall miss working with him in the future!

Harvey is looking after our block of 5 flats in Harrow.Its a great guy with fantastic approach and easy to talk with and solving issues and problems. What previous agent took 2 years and still failed Harvey done it in 2months.
Highy recommend Quay as a managing agent for any blocks of flats.

Last Friday the roof of the building where we live was blown off during the storm. Harvey, the manager of the building, was very quick and professional with his reaction. We were contacted straight away and informed what we have to do. Because of the leaking the whole building had to evacuate. Harvey was keeping us updated about the situation of our house. He was checking on our wellbeing too, making sure we’re safe and comfortable. Now, not even a week later we are moving back to our house.

I have worked with Quay for about a year now and they have proved to be a well oiled management company. They dealt with the handover from my previous management company seamlessly. They are efficient, cost effective and keep me up to date and informed at all times. Not only do they do a good job of managing the building I am part of they are on hand to help personally. I had a hot water issue in my flat and Charlie was able to source a plumber who attended and sorted the issue straight away - thank you Charlie.
