Utterly disappointed with the sheer incompetence of this management.

Initially, when I tried to book a rental online, I was informed that they only allow rentals after an in-person viewing. No exceptions. I had no choice but to schedule an appointment, which they again rescheduled at their convenience. After the viewing, I decided to proceed with renting a studio apartment. They assured me that an application form would be sent before handing over the keys, which would take 10 working days.

However, after two days with no response, I followed up—only to receive an email stating that the apartment had already been rented to someone else, something their own staff was completely unaware of.

To add to their utter incompetence, they had the audacity to offer me a smaller studio at a higher rate.

A disgraceful service, particularly from a staff member named Izabela.

This is place is nice lived up to what they said when I did the viewing but here are some things to consider. If you work from home this place may not be for you. The fire alarm goes off constantly and people builders are consistently making noise. There is a bar at the opposite side of the street they loud on weekends.

Complete lack of accountability for every point that was raised where they were categorically in the wrong. Whilst I wholeheartedly appreciate some adjustments cannot be made, the customer service and lack of accountability that the management team showed during the application process was incredible.

Dodged a bullet with these lot, I can’t imagine having to rent from this company and having to deal with these people. The two management companies and private landlord that I’ve rented from in London have been much better for customer experience than this outfit.

To JLP, you need to send these lot on a course for customer experience, because customer service is something that is definitely lacking from the leadership team.

The staff are lovely staff specially Izabela and Keshvi, Shaban and Laurie. The lovely lady cleaner is nice and have met some amazing people too! I am keen to see the improvements John Lewis bring. This place is not accessible if you have mobility issues.

Also this place has cockroaches, and people have drawn over the corridor walls, there is nothing luxurious about the building - I have lived in some beautiful places but this, the hygiene & responsiveness ain’t it. I could say more but think carefully before you move in. Only advantage for me is it’s location and that you can have pets but tbf I don’t even like my dogs here, people leave bins out with food & nappies and they are left for days which obviously will encourage rats, yuck - luxury is laughable respectfully.

I was really happy living here when I moved in but now sadly I feel like I’m living on a building site. The location is good but the vibe is not anymore 🙁

I've had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex for the past two years and it's been an exceptional experience. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and recreation/study spaces have truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, it's the people here that make it outstanding, especially Keshvi from the main office. Her service is not just warm and welcoming, but also incredibly efficient. Always there with a ready smile, she has a way of making any issue seem small and easily handled. It's the combination of great facilities and fantastic staff like Keshvi that makes living here feel like home.

My son has been living in this property in the last 2 years and it's been an amazing experience. He has never for once reported any issues regarding safety and security of residents to me. This for me shows the managers are doing a great job. Recently, I needed to resolve some payment issues and Keshvi was very supportive and was able to follow-through to ensure my request was attended to on time.

I’ve been living at Queen Street Quarter apartments for 6 months and it’s been wonderful, the location is ideal, the rooms are great and the staff are amazing. I was unable to physically view my apartment before signing my lease, however, Keshvi was amazing and so accommodating. From virtually showing me several apartments to helping me setup my utilities when I arrived, she’s been so pleasant and helpful every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I have are always answered and dealt with promptly. I would 100% recommend these apartments.
