After struggling to sell our house and after we got to the last stages before the couple buying ours dropped out we decided to enlist the help of Quick Buyers. From the first call to the last call they were professional and kept us fully updated with what was happening to our property. We ended receiving £1100 less than the previous couple offered but with all the hassle, fees and searches saved it was a fantastic deal and helped turn a stressful situation into a positive. Are only regret is we didn’t use Quick Buyers sooner.

Quickbuyers were very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. They have my late grandmother's house valued and then made an offer which myself and my family were happy with. Due to an elderly relative needing to move out and into care we required the service of a company who would buy the property for a fair price and quickly, as the care home fees were going to be expensive. If anyone is struggling or needs to get some cash quick then these guys are the ones to use. My only complaint if I was being over critical was that the first quote given took a full day, would have liked it straight away.

nightmare to deal with - lied about what I would get up front, then changed the goalposts, didn't provide documents - as their processes changed , then they kept reducing the price they offered - they made a really poor job of marketing the property - and never ever followed up on things or responded to my chases. I lost 2 months of selling time and ended up selling elsewhere - they are awful and do not pay you what they promised or make any effort to sell your property for what its worth - DO NOT USE them as they cost you a fortune and do not give you a quick sale at all!!

false promises... told they had investers wanting to buy but everyday people comming to view.. promised house would be sold in 8 weeks...when signing up, 6 weeks in no firm offer..... manager argues with you... after being sent none English speaking people to the house... where I felt uncomfortable and I asked them to leave. They sent a man to help me show them around and the same people came to view. with no warning. when I asked him, why they didn't make me aware of this... he just argued that this man wants to buy it and I shouldn't focus on stuff like that..... i just feel i should have been warned about it.

only good thing about it is he allowed me to come out of contract early. so I could sell elsewhere...didn't keep me informed throughout the process... they try get the agreeded sale price down straight away. list could go on...
