Very disappointed with both workmanship and customer service. I hired this company to amend my fire door so it would meet the new standards, but the work failed and as a result further work is required. Despite raising this issue, customer service has not responded to my requests. Save yourself the hassle and money—go elsewhere.

The Radcliffe team fitted both a fire alarm and lighting system throughout our company premises. The service provided by the Radcliffe team was excellent with all staff professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All members of the team understood the need to cause as little disruption as possible whilst our business continued to function which was vital for us. Can't fault them at all. Highly Recommended.

This company is not to be trusted. We arranged for a service to our Fire Alarm system in Bath and twice now they have let us down at the last minute and cancelled. They will not being given a third chance.
