Housing office was very insightful with direction, clarification on the whole housing process of wanting to live off base and made the transition easy especially coming from the states and moving off base in England. Whenever we need something and called they gave us directions on how to handle certain procedures. Getting furniture for the time being until our actual HHG get here. Obtaining pet documentation for our dog and making sure our contract was in line.

Honestly shocking how bad they are at times. Never answer the phone and when they do they seem confused and don’t know answers. Also closed on random days.

worst experience I have encountered when it comes to getting a house on base. they initially told us we wouldn’t get on the waitlist for a house because we didn’t have retainability, which was incorrect. They didn’t know the regulation. Once we got put on the waitlist we got Feltwell as our first offer. We mentioned how Feltwell isn’t ideal due to certain factors, and they didn’t seem to care. They then offered us Feltwell a SECOND time. How is that working with the people? I understand there is a system to this, but it’s ridiculous. If I decline Feltwell for the first offer, why would I want to accept the second?

Non responsive and useless workers. Never respond to emails, but then never answer the phone. They when I show up in person they rush you to get out without addressing what you need. Classic waste of government money

This is the worst Housing Office in the military. Any excuse to keep their doors close they take it. Phone call hours are a joke, they never answer and they never get back to you via email either.
