Months after taking the deposit. the Customer Implementation person is nowhere to be found. No email responses whatsoever. The Support system generates automatic tickets from jira and then no one follows up. The original junior contact has moved to another company. Founder's email auto reply is "I'm am now enjoying some time out to focus on my health and recharge. "

AVOID this company. I had an AA travel card and these frauds deal with the accounts as the travel cards have been discontinued. I have been waiting 3 months for my refund of money that was left on the card and they still aren't able to get my money back, and have no idea when I'll get it back. In all honesty it sounds like they've taken it and our hoping people forget. Thousands of other AA customers are in the same position. Not only this but they have done the same with Easyjet customer. I would not trust these people with my money, they shouldn't be allowed to handle anyones money. Disgusting company.

Reported them RationalFX that make european clients trade on a UK entity bank account since Railsbank terminated their account with LHV Pank while they still use payrnet agent licence outside their environment.

sell agent licence to other PSP to provide service in Europe
do not control any of the agents. On the phone they literraly told me (I imagine phone conversation are recorded) that as long the police don't ask them anything they do nothing as RationalFX pays the agent licence so they don't care what they do.

I thought they were victims but actually they are not they are simply complice to help UK PSP provide service to european clients after brexit.
They either signed a letter to rationalfx to accept european clients funds on a uk entity account with is not even in contract with payrnet or they close their eyes because they would lose an agent paying fees knowing this agent is using their licence to european clients without segregated account in europe.

Complaint email is not even active.

I reported them to Bank of Lithuania and ACPR that confirmed me they received my complaint are looking at the issue.

I was recently scammed out of my life savings. The money was paid into a Railsbank account. I spent 2 days desperately trying to contact Railsbank via any means website, email, phone, twitter, instagram and facebook to offer valuable information concerning the criminals account. All I recieved was one automated Facebook message. In banking fraud situations like this response time is absolutely critical when trying to recover money and catch criminals. My bank and other authorities could be contacted for help within hours.
When I finally did get through to Railsbank I was fed crafted fluff piece on why Railsbank must wait to be contacted by another organisation before taking any action and they were disinterested in taking any information concerning the criminal’s Railsbank account. This is not a protocol shared by all banks. Many banks will start taking action as soon as they know one of their accounts is being used for criminal activity.
After researching and talking to other people it appears Railsbank has a reputation for being the chosen bank of scam artists. This is because they are almost impossible to contact and do not seem interested in fighting criminal fraud. As a bank you are complicit in a sophisticated scamming operation. I want to believe this is out of incompetence rather than malice.
I would advise against any person with moral ethics using Railsbank.

These guys seem to be associated with Payrnet which was used by a hacker to fraudulently appropriate money from my cousin via Instagram.
They obviously don’t vet their applicants and are open to fraud.

After dealing with a number of digital banking APIs I can say Railsbank is, to date, one of the best BaaS platforms in the market. Also, lately they have improved the existing functionality and added some awesome features I can not find in the competitors. Summarising, a very good choice
