I purchased a pre owned Tag Carrera watch from the store in Telford, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The watch is only 3 months old and still like new. The staff I dealt with are Matthew, Ryan and Charlie and they were so helpful and very professional from start to finish. They even adjusted the strap for me. I would have no problem in ordering again from Ramsdens, and I’m already looking for another watch for my wife.

I love this jewellers i have used them for years they go above and beyond. Alan the Irish gentleman whom owns the business has always made sure it’s all about the customers he has many regulars and I for one will never go to any other jewellers. He has looked after me for years, and always happy to compromise on price.

The women at the counter in the Bury store duped me! I wanted to pledge my watch for a short time as I have done before, but I realised later that I had sold it. I am devastated as the watch was my daughters who died a few years ago. I want it back and will take whatever steps necessary to do that Shame on you!

Sold some 9ct gold here offered less than £8 per gram which is an awful, also considering they refused to do a phone quote which is dodgy in its self, staff where friendly enough however they said they wouldn’t buy some pieces that were not hall marked and I noticed on the way home they did not return these scraps, even though it was a small amount so it’s not a huge loss yet it is very slyI I would certainly not recommend this place as an option to sell your scrap gold.
