Rude and unhelpful.
I literally only go if I need to collect a parcel etc I've missed at home. The staff are rude, difficult and just unpleasant in general.
I would never ever visit this shop. I would definitely not give them my money.
If you need a post office use the one in St Marys, it's run by a really nice and helpful family.

The man at the till was extremely rude - told me I was wasting his time by asking him the different options to get my parcel out in time.

Arrogant, unhelpful and rude - I will absolutley make a point of not using their services again.
'Use your local Post Office' and keep your high street shops open - speak to people like that and you deserve to not have a business.

Worst customer service ever!! Very angry man working there! I went in to post a parcel and had a QR code on my phone. I politely asked if it was OK if he scanned the code through the screen or without touching my phone. He hit the roof! Initially I didn’t know what was going on as his response didn’t match the situation. I calmly pointed out that we are in a global pandemic and that people are dying so I didn’t think I was being unreasonable (a colleague’s husband had recently died: young, fit and with no pre-existing conditions). He shouted at me and said I was very rude, asked me to leave and told me to go somewhere else. I left feeling very shocked and upset wondering what on earth had happened. The other girls that work there have always been very helpful and haven’t had any issues scanning codes. His attitude is beyond appalling and he should not be in a customer-facing role. He has no respect for the current situation or people’s feelings and thinks it’s acceptable to shout at his customers. I didn’t point this out to him but as a side issue his hands were filthy and there was no sanitiser on the counter for me to clean my phone if I was to hand it to him.

Always great customer service, polite and helpful. They even have more corner shop type products too. Lovely little Post Office. Recommended.

It's recently changed hands, and the new owners are really friendly, add have increased the open hours to allow people to go there before and after work (at time of review, 07:00-19:30 in the week, as well as being open 07:00-17:30 on Saturdays, and 08:00-14:30 on Sundays), which is great. A great start, may the great service continue.
