Post is never delivered on time get letters weeks late and also when posting things they often don’t arrive to sender

Total lack of customer service and sense of urgency from staff - customers queueing out the door and a 20 minute wait before the queue started to move (for what is now the second occasion). Fed-up customers actually abandoning their positions in the queue, as they know they’ve missed the post. A valued local service but hard to get through the door.
