I am not going to comment on the services, rather the facilities. A convenient location for the given service, a 10 minute walk from Bank station. The office itself is not that easy to get into with a need to go through getting a visitor pass and someone then letting you in the entry gates and then the office door. The brewin dolphin reception is on the 5th floor and has a nice view. The meeting rooms are adequate with comfy chairs and drinks provided.

The Brewin Dolphin Divisional Director, Alistair Beatie, gave me contradictory advice about financial adviser fees resulting in a lack of trust. I moved my pension to another provider at significant cost to me. In my experience Brewin Dolphin are untrustworthy.
