Great staff, great branch, when you can't do something on the app, or online, the branch will sort it out.

Tried to find out if my local Elgin branch is open or closed as it is a Scottish bank holiday. RBS Web site says open . Cannot phone local branch anymore to check. Phoned RBS contact number and got through to a Birmingham help centre. They couldn't find Elgin in the map, said Grantown on Spey is nearest branch , it's been closed down for years ! Really poor service. Eventually I gave the call handler the postcode for the Elgin bank and after waiting on hold he confirmed it is shut, contrary to website information.
