Reported an issue with drainage and Kaine dealt with it swiftly. My number was passed onto the contractor who called me with an eta, called me when on site and then when the issue was resolved. 5 stars deserved. Kaine also followed up afterwards. Keep up the good work team

The handful of times I have had to contact Red Rock it could not have gone more smoothly. Whenever I phone up I get through to someone immediately - there's never any being held in a queue or going through menu options. My property's manager Charlie takes issues seriously and deals with them as soon as possible, and always makes sure I am updated. The company really does seem to be doing its best to look after the welfare of residents.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way my account has been handled. Despite not being responsible for the property during a specific period, I have been unfairly charged for service fees related to that time.

It is completely unacceptable to be billed for charges that should not be attributed to me. This reflects poorly on the management practices of your company and has caused an unnecessary financial burden.

This experience has left me with a very negative impression of your company, and I will not hesitate to share this with others.

I had a few queries regarding my service charge payments and it was sorted swiftly by Stacy. She was prompt at responding to my emails and I am happy with everything overall.

29/5/24 - I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stacy head (credit controller) today again, relating to queries on my account and she is so helpful, professional and replies to emails promptly. I was charged £90 late fees but after explaining my situation, the charges were removed from my account immediately. I have also spoken to her on the phone before, very polite and professional. Every query I had, has been dealt with quickly by Stacy. She is amazing!
