I have used Redbourn several times in the past, but on a previous visit, they lost a wheel nut. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance for an MOT and service. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I booked my appointment around a month in advance and dropped my car off at 8:30 am as soon as they opened. By 3:00 pm, when I called for an update, they still hadn’t even looked at it. They could manage the MOT but didn’t have time for the service. Since I needed my car back for work at 5:00 pm, I had no choice but to collect it by 4:30 pm, having wasted an entire day.

To make matters worse, the staff were dismissive and rude, both over the phone and in person. When I explained my situation, I was told I should have dropped the car off the night before—something I simply couldn’t do, as I don’t get home from work until after they close.

Overall, I found the service unhelpful and dismissive, particularly as a working female customer.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say what a great job the team did servicing my 15 year old car!!

It feels (almost 😂) like new. It sounds daft, but it’s never felt this “tight” after an annual service before.

I don’t know what you guys did that the previous garage I was going to didn’t, but keep it up!

Redbourn Auto solutions came to the rescue after a main dealer failed to follow up on ordering parts and booking in what has been an ongoing problem with my Renault. Excellent service from Redbourn Autos today. Been a regualr customer for a few years now aswell as my dad and never disspoints me. My car had completely died this morning and I had to get the AA out who confirmed it was the starter motor. Managed to get it down to the garage and I knew they where super busy when I came in. They said it might not be able to be looked at till next week. However, I received a call in the afternoon the same day that they had managed to look at my car. Excellent customer service and a very happy customer who doesn't need to take another day off work. Thank you 😊
