Shocking queues. Came mid-afternoon, so not in the morning rush or lunchtime rush or just before closes. Only one member of staff on and the queue had 16 people in it. So many people in front cashing in small change with multiple bags that each was taking about 5 to 8 mins. I had nothing better to do than count. All in all, as people left the counter more joined the queue. I waited 45 mins to drop off a small parcel.

Always two on but only one station open. The other just pretends to look busy when the queue is out the door. Possibly the worst post office I have ever been to. The town deserves better. The staff are useless!

Queue is always out the door, plenty of staff sitting there just talking while only one station is open. It really is an awful post office. Can't see it lasting much longer.

Tried at lunchtime few days ago but a printed sign was displayed saying they were closed. No apology nor explanation given (although I suppose they did at least say when they'd be open from 9am to 2pm the following day - no good for me, but there you go).

Went back today, queued for ages (as usual), only to be told they couldn't take my parcel because "the Amazon thing doesn't work". When asked what the problem was exactly, the answer was "don't know - it hasn't worked all week". No alternative solution offered, but when pressed for any suggestions, the shrugged response was "try another Post Office?"

Things go wrong, of course, especially tech, but it's precisely at those moments when you can truly rate a company's approach to customer service. At the very minimum, one expects an apology and some attempt to try and resolve the issue, or at least some kind of indication what's being done to fix things and when one might expect things to be working again. But a vague "dunno" and blank stares fully betrays the Post Office's approach to training their staff in Customer Services.

Two people on, but one had a closed position sign up, even though there was a long queue and it was late morning, so height of busy time. I had to wait 25 minutes just to collect a form - I don’t understand why forms can’t be put out on a stand!!

One member of staff serving on a busy Saturday with one more just counting cash and stamps at a 'position closed' sign. Proper love standing in a queue at a post office for 35 minutes on a weekend, me like. Won't be using this branch again.
