We sold our property through Diamond Estates. We dealt with Nicky Mortimer throughout the whole process. She was amazing, always there to answer any questions we had, explained everything to us and helped us through the whole process. She went above and beyond towards the end of the process, helping contact solicitors to get the exchange and completion finalised.
Amazing service and helped the whole moving house process go as smoothly as possible.

If I could give a zeo star, I would! Very poor services from Diamond Estates. My parent got a number of Council Tax letters and we were told it would get dealt with and the name would get changed - nothing has been done so far since last year or so! We have been emailing them multiple times and even forwarding to Office email and other employees working there. And guess what? Still no response as of yet.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Not recommending this business until actions are seriously taken from them.
