We have just moved into our lovely new Redrow home in Barnham. A big shout out to Jason and Sue...what a team. They were so helpful nothing was too much trouble . Any queries or concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Too many times when the sale is done you are left to your own devices. They were with us the whole journey of purchasing our house, keeping in touch by video or email until we were handed over to the lovely care manager Nikki Lees and Dan and Justin site managers. Everyone has been so helpful even the lovely gentleman on the fork lift truck!! Thankyou to all of you, you are all a credit to Redrow.

Went along to look at the show house's i was looking for a 2 bed property which they didn't have one to view the lady in the office said that they have not been built as a show home yet. The lady said that i can go on line and do a video tour, she also explained about the site and where the properties were situated on the map and also went though the different 2 bed. I went and looked around the 3/4 bed show homes the lady came in explained about the upgrades and were to find all the different upgrades around the house in picture frames. The lady left me to look around both properties on my own, when i went back to the office she ask which one i liked and said the 3 bed we also discussed about the property that i was selling. We discussed the 3 bed property and showed me on the map where the properties were situated and then i said need to think about it, she said she was going to contact me after the weekend. The lady was very informative helped me with questions i asked and was very helpful.

Viewed this development several times, on every occasion Jason has been so welcoming, informative and professional. He has taken time to explain the area and the properties that will become available.

Having visited several rival builders sites, (mostly with disappointing results), we were delighted with the expertise, advice and reception received, in particular from Sue Randall at Redrow Windmill Views, Barnham. The site layout, build construction and choice of house style, together with the service, far exceeded the competition. We were also impressed with the wide choice of fixtures and fittings, giving the option for customising to suit requirements and budget.
Any questions were quickly and efficiently answered by Sue and Jason, so our thanks for your time and assistance.

We also visited the Redrow Yapton site where reception was equally as good. In conclusion, our next home will almost undoubtedly be from Redrow.

PS - only downside is the "iffy" website - poor navigation, lack of information and limited content !

We have been living on Windmill Views for a couple of months now. Like any new builds, there have definitely been issues. Plenty of them. But this review is of Dan, the site manager, rather than Redrow themselves. Although Redrow are decent developers, as new builds go. Dan is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. He cannot do enough and every issue (where often I will feel like a total pain in the ****), is met with a smile and a "no problem". Redrow are very fortunate to have someone like him on their team and I hope they know it. He really is a total gem. I'd also like to mention Sue and Jason who are part of the sales team. They were the first people we dealt with when buying and even now, when their job is done, they are still ready and willing to help with anything.

I am in the process of relocating from Spain and looking at properties in Sussex. I popped into Windmill Views without an appointment in the hope I could get some information. I was made to feel so welcome by Sue and Jason who clearly love the product they’re selling. I really like the house designs too.

We met with Jason at Windmill View in Barnham. He was very professional and quickly put us at our ease. He explained how the assisted move programme worked, any questions we had he was able to answer immediately. We would definitely recommend speaking to him if anyone is interested in buying at Windmill View.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well presented and quality show homes. I’ve knocked a star off because the houses (even unbuild ones) were going ahead with gas heating. I don’t understand why alternatives not offered just because the planning for the site was before a certain deadline. Found that a very disappointing attitude by Redrow.
