Absolute sham of a "property service agent"

1) emails replied to in a leisurely manner. Maybe you'll get one after a week, maybe you won't.

2) Does not communicate your requests to the landlord.

3) Conveniently "forgets" when you have asked for permission *AND HE HAS AGREED*

4) Will fight tooth and nail to keep your deposit.

5) Mold in your rooms? Tough. They also charge YOU for cleaning their mold.

Avoid AT ALL COSTS.

Been with these from the day they oppened as they took over from my previous property manager. Brilliant service and has never let me down.
