My experience with Regency properties is very positive. They went above and beyond to help me find a rented property which was suitable for myself and family. Really friendly and helpful team and very efficient. Low fees and rent compared to other agency's in the area. Maintenance team is very quick to respond and resolve any issues with your property. Very professional staff and I just can't believe how low cost they are compared to the other agencies in the area. I was made to feel at home and was assisted all the way by the very knowledgeable staff and felt totally relaxed and was never pushed into anything. Well done, the other agent's could learn so much from this agency.

Best move I made only £200 total set up fee and did not get hit by extras unlike all the agents so well happy. The staff were great and explained all thoroughly and the welcome pack was informative and a nice touch as I have all the numbers of who to call in an emergency as well as having an issue with my boiler and Neil came out after 9pm on a Friday to sort it out for me .. Well done guys.

I used them as my agent in Margate for nearly 20 years. When Rosemary retired things started to deteriorate. Rent was going uncollected, repairs were being over charged for and i would have to beg to get money paid every month. I finally lost all patience with them when I authorised a fresh up of two flats which turned into 6k worth of work. When I inspected, the work was of low quality and some items had not been done. I changed agents and it was hell to get Regency to do a good handover. My new agent found out of date gas certificates and other missing paperwork. There is so much more. Regency used to be a really nice family run business but it is an really poorly run business now.

Very poor customer service. They don't even reply to emails! Seems like they try to blame you for their mistakes. I really dont recommended them. 4years ago team was amazing and communication was excellent! Shame it's gone down the hill.

Regency Properties are the best letting agents in Thanet. I have been using them for over sixteen years and find the staff very helpful , very efficient and extremely friendly, They go above and beyond to help all their customers.
