A scam company. Avoid at all costs! Patronising owners, rude staff. They are incapable of providing proper information, or have the right experience for the job. We found another local company to manage our property.

Regent estates have been amazing. Susanna and the team were absolutely great in keeping me in the loop with things. The communication was brilliant and everything went really smoothly. I have to say Susanna is so calm, patient and friendly. She answered any questions I had and put me at ease. Really happy with there service and would recommend them to anyone. Thumbs up from me!

We’ve been using Regent Estates for over 10yrs to look after our property. They have been unfailing professional, diligent, and pro-active. Over the 10yrs they have sorted out everything from removing problem tenants and dealing with maintenance emergencies, to conducting regular inspection reports and replacing cooker knobs and curtains all seamlessly and stress free. They work really hard and we feel we get great value for money and most importantly complete and utter peace of mind! After previously managing the property myself and also using another local company, I can’t recommend Regent Estates highly enough.

My experience with Regent Estates has been Excellent!!! all round .
I had a 2 bedroom flat which needed refurbishment before it could become habitable again and Regents Estate basically got all the relevant people to do a great job for very competitive prices too!.
Not only that but they have now let it out
To top class tennants who have passed their stringent checks. I'm really happy.
I highly recommend Regent Estates
I'll be back there whenever I need such services again. I'll give them more Stars if it was possible .
