Top notch service and excellent coverage on the rental side, plus they do car sales, too! I’ve rented from them both when I first arrived and when I left, and they’ve been extremely helpful and friendly every time. I’ve also rented from other companies in the area, and they’ve all had major reliability issues. Not so with the aptly named Reliable Rentals.

As a service member, I’ve moved homes 4 times and never shipped a vehicle to my next location. Everytime we would sell our car before our move and purchase at our next home. Once you get settled in, you want to ask yourself “What do I want?” and “Where should I go?” Luckily, I have close friends who shared their experience and referred me to the best spot in the area. They told me to see Reliable Rentals. If you’re looking for something short term or long term, they accommodate for both rentals and sales. At first glance, we noticed how busy they were and knew this was a great recommendation. Once we’re approached by staff, they were quick to help and super friendly throughout the whole exchange. They fulfilled our interest in a car we’ve owned before in Japan. Before we purchased the car, were informed about the wind visor having a large crack but promised a brand new replacement soon as the part was in. I’ve been in touch with Hayden Ballard on the matter and he’s been so helpful along the way. He would always keep me updated daily and answered any questions I had at an instance. Recently, we’ve dealt with someone attempting to steal our catalytic converter. It was cut and dragging on the road as my family was shopping at the mall. I reached out to Hayden and he was quick to find a solution. Soon as we dropped off for maintenance, the staff already had my family in a loaner vehicle! After a few hours that same day, the car was fixed and ready for pick up. This goes to show how awesome these folks are and really define the word “Reliable!” Thanks again for everything!

We have rented from Reliable on and off for 3 years and the customer service can't be beat. Even though the vehicle inventory is mostly older vehicles, Reliable keeps them running in excellent condition. Occasionally cars break down, but Reliable reacts immediately to get the vehicle up and running again. We tried out another local car rental place once and the quality of vehicles and customer service are no where near the quality of Reliable. Look no further, you've found the rental place to do business with.

Overall the experience was good. I give them props for making the process super fast and easy. They also use the VAT program which can slash the price much more than it already is. The only thing I’d advise is to actually go in and check the car before putting insurance into it. I did my process all online and was dealt with a car with mold in the trunk and some dirt inside. They had cleaned the moldy trunk after I brought up my concern but it’s just the thought of the mold made me uncomfortable driving the car for 20 days. I would’ve liked to changed the car but sadly insurance has been activated and USAA was close till Monday. There were great reviews of the cleanliness of the car so I was very disappointed when I saw mine.

To be honest, at first, I was a bit upset about the condition of our rental. I was disappointed in how dirty the interior was, the AC was broken, and the check engine light was randomly coming on.
We took it back the following day. The owner and the front receptionist were incredibly understanding and very kind. They made sure to check into the condition of the vehicle and did all that they could to make us feel valued as customers. Because of how they treat their customers, is exactly the reason why I would recommend this place; when you find a company that is run by good people, that are willing to see things from your perspective and fix the problem, the value of that company is one worth sharing and recommending!
Thank Reliable Rentals for being so good to us and making sure we were satisfied with renting from you. If we ever need a rental in the future, you will be the company we turn to!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They provided a very reliable vehicle that helped us transition into living in the UK. Very supportive of military families. They are very easy to reach and they made the whole process of renting a car very manageable. Definitely recommend.

Reliable Rentals was the perfect rental company for my wife and I as we PCS’d into RAF Lakenheath. I would 100% recommend them to any member PCSing to the UK! The process was simple and quick and the cars are great.
