Best business bank ever! they could not be more helpful. Unlike other banks you get to know most of the team on a first name basis. Have both a business and personal accounts with Reliance and have done so for a number of years now. To date, all services have been faultless. I use Lloyds Bank as my designated High Street bank to deposit cheques over the counter, but quite often post them direct as well. (You can choose between Lloyds and Natwest as far as I know.) Phone always answered by a real person, usually within 5 rings. Secure website fairly straightforward to use.
