I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Remus management . Despite promptly completing my payment , I began receiving overdue notices, causing unnecessary stress. After providing proof of payment and reassurances from their team, the issue remains unresolved for 2years. I hope they enhance their payment tracking and customer communication systems to prevent this from happening to others in the future. Wasting time sending emails screenshots of payments and calling an account team and now they send me letter from PDC. This shows how well organised is this company.

0 Stars.
They took over the management of the estate, have done nothing and residents are constantly doing the work for them. 2024 they sent us a bill half way through the year where they doubled the gardening fee to £6k for the estate.... they hadn't cut the grass or anything for 6 months BUT still double the fees and the response.. "if there's anything left over we will give it back". Like heck they will.
They "forgot" to bill us for previous years so are now sending those bills too on top of the costings for this year.
They are absolutely useless and actively try and avoid your calls and then pursue you if you don't pay on time.
They don't manage anything but expect you to pay.
One of the worst management companies out there

Scam. They rotate property managers and use smoke and mirror tactics to buy themselves time when there are issues.
My main issue is that they charge owners extortionate charges. £4000 annum electricity for block 6 flats with 3 lights. £6000 per annum for 6 flats for management costs. At the end of the year there is always a short fall with little justification. Increased fire standards is justified but just keeps going up too much. The block I live in have had almost zero work done. Bare minimum. Payments go up by about 10%+ a year. No lift no ventilation. The only positive is they do usually have good intentions try do things by the book, there are worse companies. They are just complete idiots.
Update 2024. Incompetent passed on £4000 electricity fee to the 6 flats without explaining or communicating. Left the front of the building to let in water then paint over the interior to fix the issue.

Received a threatening letter from them demanding payment for an overdue account. Never heard of them and there has been NO previous correspondence from them. Zero stars.

Lift has been broken for months and the Property Manager has changed 4 times in the last 6 months. They pluck figures out of the air and overcharge on services that they don't even carry out. Disgusting company that need to fold.

If I could give 0 stars I would, shocking company and not sure how they are still operating or the staff sleep at night. Don't get back to you when promised, no follow up calls to ensure issues are rectified. Single points of contact with no ownership of any contact made or SLA to get back to you. If that person is unavailable then you simply have to wait for them to have their bi-weekly office day and even then hit and miss if you receive a call back or email.

I have had the same roof leak occur three times since living in my flat now, Remus would much rather put a plaster over the problem to find a fix than come up with a permanent long term solution. Latest I have been told is my roof leak can't be repaired due to costs...what's the point in NHBC or buildings insurance then?!

Honestly, never dealt with anyone quite like Remus management before. Getting them to pay or fix a property issue is like trying to draw blood out of a stone - they will never accept it's a fault on their own terms.

To give you one example...two tiles got blown off my roof in a storm and instead of replacing the tiles with new ones, cowboy's came round and removed two from the communal garage and put them on the roof. Now I'm missing two tiles from the garage roof! Unbelievable.

Almost want to make me move.

Remus Mismanagement Ltd!!! Keep sending me letters saying I owe them management fees. I send them screenshots of bank payments! They acknowledge payment made but say I still owe them a previous payment of a different amount - how strange!!! I send them another screenshot of a bank transfer for this amount. They ignore this and continue sending me letters for the first amount - with more and more fees added on!! Don’t they realise they have already acknowledged payment of this Now getting pre-litigation letters!!! Idiots - crooks - this is abusive behavior- maybe they get some people to pay by totally confusing them and making them doubt themselves - what a sad place to be in to have to resort to this as a ‘business’ model. As said — IDIOTS!
