I had to put one star to leave a review, they do not even deserve that. Extortionate fees with no management carried our leaving the estate to fall into disrepair and overgrown hedges/brambles etc. Blame it on contractors they hire but still charge residents for nil service. After constantly asking for repairs and answers we are fobbed off and then presented with an increased annual fee. They will not meet with residents to justify any of costs or lack of service. These companies need to be held to account, they are getting rich on our hard earned money it’s legal day light robbery !

Extremely bad and one to avoid at all costs.

Very expensive charges and lack of clarity on where money is spent.

No management or checks on 3rd party services who clearly abuse the loophole Remus has open to them so you pay for services you dont get and have to pay Remus for the privilege of “managing” that.

Never willing to engage or build relationships with residents. They hide in their offices and provide defensive unprofessional replies to emails.

This company does not manage they take money and increase their fee annually and fail to deliver on time. Their maintenance request portal is a joke, all requests ignored. They charge for random stuff without consulting the resident on how they spend their money and send random bill increases to justify their spends. AVOID at all costs. They only get one star as I cannot post with no stars.

Avoid avoid avoid this management company. They charge a management fee with zero management of our building, poor transparency, ridiculous figures with no backed up invoices to costing.
I feel claim solicitors with have a field day with these management companies in time, I can’t wait to go though our accounts with them. Shocking!!

Avoid having anything to do with this company at ALL cost. If you were to imagine the worst possible service you could receive from a property management company, it won't come close to how badly this company operates. They don't manage or maintain anything without being chased and chased and chased. They can never provide any receipts or evidence that services being charged for are ever actually delivered. They won't take or return calls. They will take weeks to respond to emails and when they do will leave questions unanswered. Adam Birch and Stephanie Richardson in the Plymouth office are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot.

Awful. Avoid . All managing agents are generally beyond what I would get away with calling on a public ratings page but Remus generally take it to a new low. They now even invent a 350 pound management pack that you must pay when you want to sell your ( freehold) house. Complete scumbags
