Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

Our experience with Reside Estate Agents has been exceptional. We started with Ben, who was brilliant as our first point of contact, helping us get our house on the market seamlessly.

Throughout the process, we primarily dealt with Rebecca, who kept us informed at every stage. She was incredibly reassuring, even when there were delays further up the chain, making a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

The staff member named Sarah was really rude to me while I told her I wasn’t interested in buying the property we agreed for personal issues that she didn’t even let me explain. Not that I was obligated to,but I just wanted to express my reasons. Her behaviour was so unprofessional. I was shocked by her reaction.

We went with Reside after having a bad experience with another Rochdale agent. We met up with Jason and from then on we received a great service from his team. We would like to say Thankyou especially to Rebecca. We had a complicated sale, with many complications, but Rebecca was amazing and helped us all the way through. What a horrible experience, read the negative reviews below and avoid Reside! Very unprofessional! They continue to market property and arrange viewings even though they've accepted an offer and agreed a sale with someone else. We had two viewings on a property, on both occasions we were told that the seller wanted to sell quickly. Any offers had to made to the office manager Rebecca who needed to see proof of funds before an offer is accepted. Proofs were sent and an offer was made. Rebecca never replied and after a week of chasing her we were now told our offer needed to be higher. A revised offer was given only to be told 48hrs later very abrupt that the house was now sold with the buyer having had surveys already completed on the property!!! this shows how dishonest they really are, if you’ve agreed a sale on the property then be honest with any potential buyers when they call right from the outset, don’t continue to market the property!
Office staff members are not honest or trustworthy let alone professional (read other reviews below about certain members). There has never been any confirmation from Reside on an offer submitted, everything is verbal over the phone. It makes you wonder if they actual share all offers with sellers.
Reside wasted our time and effort in a property we were never going to obtain. Even more unprofessional and what makes you angry is they collect your personal sensitive data without a genuine reason to do so. We will certainly not be using Reside in the future.
