Clare currently manages 3 properties for me. I 1st met Clare during her employment at a lettings agency who I used for a number of years but it was because of Clare I stayed with them (as rest of the team changed often and weren't on the ball like Clare was!!). When Clare left her employment I removed all my properties from that agency and managed them myself till Clare got in touch to say she had set up her own at which point I had no hesitation in letting her manage the properties. Everything is so professional and her tradesmen etc are punctual and charge a fair price. Clare keeps me updated with repairs, sends rents on time & even lets me know when a clean up of the communal areas is required. I am planning to give her a 2 further properties in the coming weeks once I have completed on the purchase of them. Highly recommended.

Claire at Resurve property management has been a breath of fresh air. First class communication, knows all legal requirements and informs us of up and coming regulation changes on the horizon, all invoices sent to email promptly. Has a good pool of trades people for when any disasters strike. Claire is always at the end of the telephone to answer any questions. The tenants have also sang her praises which is rare.
