Fantastic service and results. Ian Swann explained all my options and the process very carefully and clearly. He sent quotes within days ( which were much higher than any I had found for myself with internet searches.
Lesley in the office kept me fully informed with the progress and sorted out all the problems caused by the fact that I had multiple Pension Pots with different providers..
Great service and I will have no hesitation in recommending then to family and friends.

The service I received was first class. They were able to answer most of my questions immediately and if they didn't have the answer at their fingertips, they quickly got back to me. Ian's explanations of the annuity options was clear and patient, and Lesley administered the process smoothly and followed up with the pension providers frequently to ensure there were no logjams. Excellent service all through the process . David orriganally gave me as many quotes as I wanted ,Going to the open market also got me a better deal than I was offerred from my pension company. After making my decision to buy an annuity , Retirement Profesionals acted on my behalf and started the process . Lesley part of the team kept me informed of the different stages and how things where progressing and was very helpfull in negotiating and chasing my pension company when they where lagging there heals . Would highly recomend and glade I used them .
