For the second time today I have had to leave this post office due to the amount of time it is taking to get through the queue whilst only one person is serving on the counter. I am not blaming the staff as they are doing their best but when there is another member of staff working out the back, shouldn’t the manager be prioritising staff to deal with paying customers first ? So many people sighing and tutting in the queue who probably like me have only a limited amount of time to get things done. All this is doing is pushing people into using other services and waking away from using Royal Mail.
I send over 100 items a week and really want to use local businesses but feel I can no longer afford to be stood around for so long and as a business owner myself, when we have a queue then I push all staff to dealing with that and then carry on with the day to day afterwards.
Come on guys please alter how you do things and prioritise your customers or you will find more and more people walking away.

I was here on morning of the 9/01/24 to drop of a water sample for work and was rudely kicked out by the lady at the post office till because I was accused of acting ‘suspicious’ and ‘hovering’ around the customer infront of me. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I have never been accused of such things before and I am very offended and insulted. I didn’t realise It was a crime to have a look at the shops stock while waiting for my turn! I will never step foot in this shop again!

They refuse the deposit without reason
At (12.02.2022) 16.40pm wednesday evening
I have wait there around 15 min
The staff said only limited transaction at wednesday evening
Just they said I can't take your deposit
