Unprofessional. Took photos of other areas of my property without consent. One of the photos wasn't even on the same floor as the issue.
He then sent these photos to the letting agent. Landlord nor myself were aware or asked for permission to take photos of anywhere.

Out of 5 photos taken. Only 1 was of the actual area he was sent out to look at.

Not only that but he didn't even open the part he was supposed to look at. So someone else has been asked to actually do the job he didn't do
