RMG are highly negligent
1. Health & Safety: RMG does not have a system for managing H&S of buildings. We have doors in the building that have stickers on them from 2023 highlighting that they are not fire safety compliant
2. Health & Safety: RMG contractors regularly breach their own Health & Safety guidelines. From rodent control contractors leaving rubbish under sings that say don't live rubbish as it encourages rodents to doors being left in the corridor to the emergency exit
3. Negligent damage: RMG's contractors are so negligent and poor quality that one could write a comedy on it if as a leaseholder you were not paying for it. A few examples (duplicate and different signage where leaseholders paid for 2 sets of signs to be put up that contradicted each other and then for the repair of the wall that took multiple communications), a front door after major works where carried out. Residents paid over ÂŁ150k for major external works and we where left with debris on the windows, a leak that has required scaffolding to back up again, a front door that doesn't work and severe damage to wooden decking in one of the apartments.
4. Negligent damage: Appointing contractors that communicated a damp issue had been resolved when their was waste material coming down the wall and then refusing to deal with the problem. This has resulted in a leaseholder whose flat was impacted having to leave the building as it was deemed unsafe to live in. Over 12 months later he remains out of his home
In the last week, we have had a front door anyone can walk through with no key, scaffolding up with no safety netting and ropes swinging in the air and contractors leaving items blocking the corridor. We have no carpet in the downstairs area due to flooding in Feb last year, initially highlighted as a concern in April 2024
And for all of this we are currently paying over ÂŁ5k a year

Scum of the earth. Will refuse to accept payment and then charge a reminder fee every month
They will add random fees to your account midway through the year with no warning or reason and again, refuse payment and then add a reminder fee.
Avoid this company like the plague.
Anybody linked to them should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

RMG is by far the pits of all management companies!
Since moving into our home—where RMG oversees the area—the condition of the grounds has been appalling, worse than many council-run areas. We’re dealing with massive potholes, collapsing lamp posts, broken fences and walls, and roads congested with parked cars because they haven’t bothered implementing any parking restrictions.
Despite charging over £1,200 per household annually, they’ve made no noticeable improvements in the two and a half years we’ve lived here. The only maintenance we’ve seen is the occasional mowing of a communal park, which residents don’t even use because it’s frequented by local youths.
When asked to provide invoices for work supposedly carried out, they refuse—likely because the work doesn’t exist. If you don’t pay within 30 days, they immediately send your account to debt collectors, and somehow it’s your fault for not constantly chasing them to set up a direct debit. I personally attempted three times to pay without direct debit, only for them to take the payment three times from my account. I had to go through my bank to reclaim the money, only to receive a debt collection letter from these scammers.
We’ve now sought legal advice to terminate our contract with them. However, we’ve learned that a proposal is already in Parliament to shut them down due to the sheer number of complaints from others in the same situation. They’ve even been featured on Watchdog multiple times, and the number of negative articles online about them is staggering. How they are still operating is beyond belief—it’s a total scam.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced! We have a communal fence that needs repairing and a single visit would very clearly establish that it is communal. RMG are too lazy to come and visit so they deny that it is communal and keep telling us that it is private and the cost to be borne between us and our neighbours. We have sent copies of a map that shows clearly what is private and communal but they just ignored it. This has been going on for months, phone calls, emails and two formal complaints and it's still unresolved they still stay it's not communal. The customer service is the worse I have experienced with the staff being rude, condescending and refusing to listen.

Sadly RMG were chosen by our developer to manage our estate when it was complete. It took them 3 years to take over despite there being numerous issues for the developer to deal with. They promised the developer would remedy these quickly once they took over. But still we are waiting and they keep upping the fees. They appointed a rubbish contractor to look after the grounds. They honestly make such a mess and have caused damage to the site as a whole and have yet to come and rectify their work nearly a year on.
They are horrific to deal with and I feel that I am more likely to get blood from a stone than get the service we should from these people.

Have to thank Emily and Chelsea, we are in the process of selling our house and the questions from our buyers solicitors have been excessive. We have relied on the quick responses from RMG, who in fairness did not need to act as quickly as they have. Emily and Chelsea have helped out on a good few occasions in the last few weeks and saved us a lot of time and worry. Always so polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, not often you get this kind of service elsewhere.

Julie Saville is just as useless as the last useless property manager Savannah St Rose who does not see fit to reply to my emails or get works done when they are raised which is unprofessional.
Julie Saville ignores emails can't be bothered to phone contractors and is one of the most incompetant pms we have had. Every single major works she organised has issues. She closes jobs when the are not finished and then ignores the emails.
The outstanding repairs from my previous email dated 8th August are
1:- On the 25th May I reported the fire alarm low of battery beeping on the top floor to the places for people fire survey chap he said he had it noted to report it but it is still beeping. On the 8th August I followed up with Savanna St Rose copying in Jeannie Raine and customer service to request for them to check if the fault has been raised. I revised no reply and the fault has been completely ignored by RMG. It is now 16th Sept and thus114 days have elapsed a clear breach of the terms. (This is equal to 3 months and 22 days!)
3:- The side gate was reported on 19th July and still broken. On the 8th August I emailed Savannah copying in Jeannie and customer service to request for them to check what the lead time is on this job. ref Job-231126. The contractors came out to take a look on the 10th August and did nothing to fix the gate it is still broken today. It is now 16th September thus 89 days have elapsed a clear breach of the terms. (This is equal to 2 months and 28 days)
The only Job on the job log is an Electric Pedestrian Gate as we do not have an electric pedestrian gate I literally have no idea what this item is referring to as the side gate needs welding!

Made us pay £470 for services thay have never happened like roof repairs which have never been repaired except from 3-4 years ago and they made us pay for the apartments next ours’ maintenance even though we dont have anything to do with them. Tried to resolve the problem with them and lower the cost but they kept on closing the case saying it had been resolved. Definitely something sketchy and something should be done about them.
