I would completely recommend Dave and the team at Robert Luff Goring. When I needed to sell mum's house they were totally understanding and compassionate in how they dealt with the situation.
They were efficient and professional throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The house sold within the first week of going on the market.
I had absolutely no idea of the selling process and they guided me through everything step by step and kept me up to date with all that was happening and what we needed to do.
They made the really difficult situation that I was having to deal with so much more straightforward and so much less stressful than I thought it would be.

When, as executors of my beloved aunt's estate, we had to sell her bungalow in Goring we knew we had to choose the best estate agent in the area because we live in Canada, are completely unfamiliar with property sales in the UK and would have to rely on a company that would be willing to go the extra mile to assist us. I met and interviewed several agents including Dave King from Robert Luff. I was very impressed by his polite, friendly but respectful manner, thorough tour of the bungalow, in depth knowledge of the area and vast experience. Because my husband, a lawyer, was in Canada, he 'met' Dave via zoom so he had to jump through several hoops before we selected Robert Luff.
Once the bungalow was on the market I received emails from Dave and Jamie Bryant every time they did a showing and a prompt, thorough report after the event. Their advice was invaluable.
When it sold we were part of a four property chain that caused some problems and prolonged the process. Dave kept us up to date with the issues that were slowing down completion. He was also proactive in informing our solicitors.
During that time British Gas wanted access to the bungalow and because of the Sale sign contacted Luff's for assistance in access. Dave did not hesitate to volunteer his time to facilitate this request. There were other, too numerous to mention, occasions when Dave went above and beyond what one would reasonably expect from an estate agent. The responsibility of selling a property while living 3,000 miles away is potentially very stressful. Dave took on that stress. We knew we could rely on him and that is no small thing.
When Dave was on holiday Jamie stepped in and met with us during our final clearance of the bungalow.
Selling the property of a loved one who has died is emotionally difficult. We had 30 years of happy holiday memories attached to the bungalow and saying goodbye to it was part of my loss of my aunt. Dave 'got' this. It wasn't just about the sale with him. He cared about how we felt during the sale. I can only imagine how awful this process would have been without Dave as our agent.

Excellent Estate Agents.
My recent experience with Estate and letting agents hasnt been great at all but Dave and Robert Luff have changed that. Firstly Dave was very knowledgeabke about the property he showed us. He was able to offer good advice without pushing an agenda. After we had an offer accepted on a house he and the whole team has been incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the process and has done it all in a very professional and friendly manner. The people we have bought the house off have also told us how great they have been.
I would go to them first every time.
