I was very impressed with Chris from Robin & Rochester. He spent considerable time and effort making sure the house was ready for viewings, and managed the whole process (floorplans, photos, marketing, meeting potential buyers) very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company. We had a very quick sale, and most of that was down to Chris.

Chris at Robin & Rochester was brilliant. He guided us through the process from start to finish. Gave candid advice as well as unbiased opinions/recommendations for anything that we were unsure of. Even given options and time for us to do research and find competitive prices for the same work.
This was my first house sell and I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been without the support and guidance from Robin & Rochester.
House sells was in Tovil, Maidstone. Robin & Rochester managed to get nearly 2% more than advertised price. This managed to cover nearly all of our estate agent and legal fees.
I would highly recommend this estate agency.

When I wanted to sell my former family home in Rochester I considered several Estate Agents and decided to appoint Rochester Estates as I had been pleased with their service when they managed a rental property for me. Rochester Estates may be small but that means you get an excellent personal service from Chris and the team. Chris is so knowledgeable about the property market in Rochester and we agreed a marketing approach which delivered offers substantially above our expectations. With any house sale /purchase there are unexpected difficulties and Chris helped us deal with these as they arose. I always felt Chris was helpful, supportive and responsive. I'm delighted to recommend Chris and the team at Rochester Estates.
