When I accepted a job in the USA, the team at Rochester Lettings helped me let out my house and managed it wonderfully. Being in a different country, it was great to know that everything was being taken care of so well. Communication was always clear and thorough. After five years, I decided to sell the house. Advice and help throughout this process was again clear, thorough and absolutely invaluable. Throughout both my time renting out the house, and then selling, the team have always been friendly, patient with any questions or queries, and efficient.
The fees seem very reasonable given the level of service. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Rochester Lettings! Me and my partner were a tenant for 2 years and any issues we had were resolved straight away. All the staff were super friendly and kind. Having worked at a lettings agency years ago I can say these guys are outstanding at what they do. We then bought the property from the landlord and again everything was effortless and seamless. We couldn’t be happier with Emma’s service and Rochester Lettings overall. From the beginning, our enquiries were responded to quickly and professionally, nothing was too much trouble. The house was spotless and well presented. There was a tiny hiccup with the keys, but Emma resolved this within 30 minutes. I have dealt with multiple agencies in Medway such as Linda Matthews (unfortunately), Regal Lettings, Dockside Lettings, and Rochester Lettings are easily the best. I have currently renewed my tenancy agreement with Rochester Lettings after a successful first year which proves how great they were to work with! The team are easily accessible at all times and extremely knowledgeable on all queries – the ‘call outs’ were great and have a good relationship with the team which is great and sorted any problems that did arise with my property to a fair price!

Subsequently we have also opted to use Rochester Lettings for another one of our properties with viewings, referencing and move in dates all sorted by the team with not much input needed from myself which is perfect for a landlord.

I would thoroughly recommend their local expertise if debating using a letting agent!
