We have been using the Rochford Hub since it opened and have found it to be extremely useful and helpful.
It was a pity our bank closed in Rochford, but we needn't have worried because the Hub provides all our banking needs.
The team at the Hub could not be more helpful and friendly. It's a pleasure to call in there.
I am sure there are other areas around the UK where a Hub like this would prove to be extremely useful to the residents.

We are a business in rochford and always use the hub to pay in cheques for ourselves - plus ones that are for our clients - always find the staff pleasant and helpful - and a real necessity in rochford for businesses and local people - much easier to use than the post office - which really should move there - where it is a the moment in Morrisons has not been thought out properly-

I always use the banking hub, it saves me going to either Rayleigh or Southend. The staff are great and friendly. I had an issue with my card and the lady from Santander really went out of her way to help me. I won't go anywhere else
