I tried emailing them to tell them I don't want a renewal. I have made 3 requests to cancel and despite providing the date of birth and address they haven't cancelled my policy.I can't remember why I went for Tesco insurance...maybe I trusted them?I don't remember giving them my permission to auto renew. Useless company! Probably report them to FCA.

After 1 year of having a travel policy, I was offered a renewal quote but because the card I'd paid on had expired renewal didn't happen automatically. When i then renewed online that quote wasn't available and they steadfastly refused to a refund me the difference offering my small discounts but not the same offer. All for about £10/15. I can't get out of the contract without losing money but never again.

In my own words crap and avoid at all vost.Got this through Jet2 and its poor to say least. Unable to amend anything as 500 sevrver error msg,Jet2 wash hands and say they cant do anything. You call them and they visit costs of amending anything via call deapite admitting they have technical issues(for over a month now as tried several times). Via website it shorten dates of trip despite paid for longer and unable to rectify unless you speak to them.just save yourself money time and stress and go somewhere else.

What a terrible company to do business with.
In my experience, their policy of charging more the half the insurance cost for a system admin amended is ridiculous.
A small admin fee I can accept but not the day light robbery proposal I was given.

Given one star so that I can leave a review. We took out a single trip insurance with Rock via Tesco Travel Insurance. Hardly took a breath and the money had been taken from our account. We later cancelled the holiday and thus no longer required the insurance so cancelled it. Cancelled it after the 14 day cooling off period although 10 months prior to the proposed trip. Anyway, there was a 30% cancellation charge, exorbitant but you live and learn. However, the remaining balance of the money owed to us has not made an appearance in our account as promised, no email confirming refund, despite a follow up phone call. Apparently the call centre people have to email another dept to request a confirmation email.....what!? No mention of this nonsense when you book the insurance. Dreadful company, go elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting. Daylight scammers. Took money off my bank account but didn't issue any insurance policy. Fraud. I have to beg for my money back. They accepted by saying that it happened to few customers as their system didn't register it. So their system can register money from peoples bank account but can't register to issue the policy. Tesco should scrap this company. They should be penalised.

Please, please, please do not use this company. Didn't receive my policy in the post as requested and rang then 3 times, always with the same answer "you should receive it within 7/10 working days". Finally today I rang to cancel my policy ( 1 day over the 14 days cancellation) due to this and they now advise me that I will charge me 5% for each month left of the policy. So I paid £115.46 and I will receive £63.50 back, due to no fault of my own. When speaking to call centre in South Africa, I asked if I could speak to anybody in the UK concerning my problem, the answer was NO. I have no faith in this company

Its a scam! My dad took out single trip travel insurance with them last month. The money went out of his account 3 days later, but no policy documents arrived. I stepped into help as my dad is 78 with Parkinson's so can get confused. I confirmed he had nothing through. When I visited the website it didn't exist (see image), I managed to google and find a customer services email. They replied 3 days later to say they couldn't confirm the insurance could we provide a policy number. We didn't have a policy number as my dad had never had an email.
I managed to track down a customer services number and was given a policy number and told the policy documents would be sent within the hour. 3 days later and we've had nothing.
I emailed customer services the same day with the policy number this time, and to check they had the correct email for my dad and have had no reply.
Steer clear of this company as I wouldn't want anyone else to be scammed.
