Sometimes a queue to get served but otherwise one of the better post offices I've visited.
Kind helpful staff, very clean and any food up to date.

Whenever I go into Roffey Post Office the Gentleman serving is an absolute delight. An Older customer was in front of me and the care and respect that he gave to him them me was outstanding. Thank you

Horrible service; it was 5 of us in the line and we’ve been waiting for more than 15 min till the clerk showed up.

Got to the store before it had was closing time as there is a little shop in there aswell to get to the till wait around with other customers for a staff member to come over to be told that they was closed and that they was cashing up...
But it wasn't even 5.30 and was still 5 min's to go, and the door's were still open all the store signs we still out and they still looked very open, to unfortunately argue with the worker that if you was cashing up and had closed.. even if you had closed early then perhaps lock the door so no one comes in.. all the worker could say is that we are closed and nothing else not even sorry,

Please update your opening times and specifically what is open and closed, for example Sundays Post Office is very limited, you can not collect Amazon items for example, so you're only part open...very confusing and the man there less than helpful about it...

I did have to wait to be served at the main positions but whilst waiting I realised the counter at the start of the shop could deal with my transaction. Advice to others if this happens do check as you enter the shop.

Went to visit the Roffey Post Office this afternoon, 2.30pm. To get some helium balloons blown up for my daughters 12th birthday tomorrow. Only to be told by the Manager he is to busy and to come back tomorrow. Defeats the object really! Also I was the only person in the shop!
Bearing in mind while I’m writing this review in my car he is outside smoking a cigarette!!!
